Mar 17 2025 - Apr 17 2025 Promotion - $5 Starbucks Gift Card for Sign Up, Post, & More # OUT x OUT GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES & RESTRICTIONS ## ELIGIBILITY - Open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Mexico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. - Employees of Out x Out and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. - No purchase necessary. The Out x Out app is free to download and use. ## HOW TO ENTER To qualify for a $5 Starbucks gift card, participants must complete ALL of the following steps: 1. Download the Out x Out app on iOS or Android and create a profile 2. Add a post to the social feed that includes: - A photo of yourself - Add a location (city or venue) - Add a check in (Here, Been, or Going) 3. Share one of Out x Out's posts on your Instagram and/or Facebook by either: - Downloading and reposting the content, or - Adding existing Out x Out post to your Instagram/Facebook Story - Must tag our profile on the respective platform (Instagram: OutxOut.app or Facebook: Out x Out) 4. Notify Out x Out that you've completed these steps via one of the below: - In-app message on Out x Out - Instagram Direct Message - Facebook Messenger - E-mail us at info@outxout.com 5. Provide the email address where you'd like to receive your gift card ## PROMOTION PERIOD - The promotion begins on March 17, 2025, and ends on April 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST or when all 100 gift cards have been claimed, whichever comes first. ## PRIZE DETAILS - Prize: One (1) $5 Starbucks digital gift card per qualifying participant - Limited to the first 100 qualifying participants who complete all required steps - If a Starbucks gift card is undeliverable for any reason, the $5 equivalent will be sent via Venmo provided the winner supplies their Venmo handle - Gift cards must be claimed within 90 days of the user completing the steps above within the dates of the promotion or they will be forfeited - One prize per person/household/email address ## WINNER NOTIFICATION - After verification that all steps have been completed, the gift card will be sent to the email address provided - Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of the prize ## ADDITIONAL TERMS - Out x Out reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or is found to be entering maliciously, including but not limited to: - Creating multiple accounts for the same person - Demonstrating behavior that is not supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community - Violating these Official Rules or the Terms of Service of the Out x Out app - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Starbucks.
