We do not publish user numbers by city or region. However, we have been active in the Twin Cities and Chicago for the past year and have thousands of users in our community. And did we mention, any revenue we generate is reinvested into local growth initiatives to continue expanding our local community? That means more community eyes on your listing every single month!

We welcome both LGBTQ+ owned businesses and ally professionals that actively want to serve the LGBTQ+ community. We focus on individuals in these listings rather than the businesses themselves because we want to highlight specific people who want to work with our community.

For service-based businesses, we recommend listing yourself as the professional first - it's more personal and helps our community connect with you directly. If your business also has a brick-and-mortar presence, reach out and we can discuss adding it to our Venue Directory as well.

All listings are reviewed by our team to maintain a high-quality directory. We wish to ensure listing accuracy and a genuine committment to serving the LGBTQ+ community before sharing with our community. This creates a better experience for our users.

When you sign up for an annual plan during our early adopter period, you lock in your rate this year and for your 2027 renewal. As we reinvest funds from this program into local growth, your pricing will remain the same. So more eyes on your listing every month and the same great price! This is our small way of saying THANK YOU for your ongoing support!

Generally, we review applications within 48 business hours. Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions to complete your profile and submit your payment. Once this is complete your listing will go live.

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and will remain active until the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We're planning to expand to Denver and Atlanta next. We already have active users and social media presence in those metro areas. If you're in those areas and want to be notified when we launch, reach out to us at info@outxout.com to join the waitlist.

Only verified Out x Out users can leave ratings and reviews. This ensures authentic feedback from real community members. If there are any issues with reviews you can reach out to use directly and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.

Internally we are tracking listing views, contact requests (website, phone, email, social), and more to ensure the prices for our listings are appropriate. However, we do not currently share this data with external parties. We will continue to evaluate this as we grow our community and expand our offerings. Until then, we recommend you add UTM tracking to your website links in order to track your traffic.
