Thursday is a drag-and-games night across the cities. The Saloon runs Werk, an open-stage talent competition where newer performers fight it out for a cash prize, while Roxy's Cabaret does its Drag Queen Charity Bingo, with the pot benefiting a different local cause each week. If you'd rather sit and shout out answers, LUSH Lounge & Theater hosts a packed Thursday trivia night in the lounge.
Fridays lean into the big shows. Roxy's Cabaret headlines with Friday Night Spotlight, a diva-tribute revue that rotates through the Whitneys, Dollys and Dianas, and pairs it with its weekend Flamboyance drag show. During a Drag Race season, LUSH Lounge & Theater and Roxy's both throw viewing parties, so you can catch the new episode with a room full of fans. For a louder, clubbier finish, Gay 90's opens up its multiple rooms and dance floors downtown.
Saturday is the heaviest night of the week. The Saloon runs back-to-back drag with Hot Pink and its late-night Saturday Shower Show, Roxy's Cabaret brings out its Flamboyance drag revue, and stacks a daytime drag brunch and drag bingo before the night even gets going. The marquee draw, though, is and the Ladies of La Femme — a female-impersonation revue that's been running since the 1960s and is one of the longest-lived drag shows in the country, with the full production landing on the first and third Saturdays.
