When is Miami Pride?
Miami Beach Pride, officially known as Pride of the Americas, is South Florida's largest Pride celebration and takes place each April in Miami Beach.
Parade & Festival
The Pride parade runs along Ocean Drive from roughly 5th Street to 15th Street in South Beach, ending near Lummus Park where a multi-day festival features live music, DJs, vendors, and community organizations. The event typically spans a full weekend with parties and programming throughout the week.
Other Major LGBTQ+ Celebrations
- Winter Party Festival (late February / early March) — A week-long series of circuit events and beach parties produced by the National LGBTQ Task Force, with a massive main event on the beach
- White Party Miami (Thanksgiving weekend, late November) — One of the longest-running LGBTQ+ fundraising events in the country, featuring multi-day circuit parties benefiting Care Resource
- Aqua Girl (May) — Multi-day queer women's event weekend with pool parties, nightlife, and community programming
- Miami Beach Pride Brunch & Tea Dances — Various restaurants and bars host special Pride events throughout April
