Veteran-owned craft brewery and visible LGBTQ+ ally donating to The Trevor Project
Covert Artisan Ales is a veteran-owned brewery that recently relocated its taproom to 605 S. Watson Ave. The facility features 18 rotating taps including wild ales, barrel-aged stouts, and fruited sours. The taproom is BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) and serves as a visible LGBTQ+ ally in Sioux Falls, donating a portion of sales to The Trevor Project. The brewery opened in 2019, coinciding with the city's first sanctioned Pride parade.
