Coyote has been going strong since 1987, drawing crowds for everything from specialty margaritas and happy hour deals to full-on dance nights with live bands on the patio. The vibe is casual but lively — great for a group dinner that naturally turns into a night out. One of the biggest tequila selections in North County, too.
