Missoula, Montana
Missoula's queer arts hub in the historic Studebaker Building, home of the Imperial Sovereign Court.
The Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) is a nonprofit cultural engine housed in downtown Missoula's historic Studebaker Building. The facility includes three galleries, a printmaking studio, and 'The Show Room,' a 175-seat venue that serves as the home stage for the Imperial Sovereign Court of the State of Montana. Beyond daily pottery workshops and art classes, the ZACC is a vital queer hub, hosting recurring drag shows and serving as a headquarters for Missoula Pride weekend. Programming highlights include all-ages drag performances, queer comedy nights, and LGBTQIA2S+ youth exhibitions. A 'Pride Fee' applied to select tickets provides ongoing financial support to the Western Montana LGBTQ+ Community Center.
