Subscribe NowDrag Race night is a gay-bar ritual: the host queen reads the runway, the room gasps at the lip sync, and nobody watches alone. This page keeps the three things you actually need in one place: what season is on right now, where to stream it in the US, and which bars are hosting viewing parties in your city. The season status box and the city list above update themselves from the broadcast dates and from live Out x Out listings, so you can bookmark this page and come back every season.
Last checked against official sources: October 26, 2026. Season facts come from Paramount+ and World of Wonder's own pages. Winners and premiere dates for past seasons come from the network announcements and finale coverage linked below.
How the season cycle works
RuPaul's Drag Race airs on MTV in the US, with the companion aftershow Untucked right after each episode. The last three main seasons all premiered in the first week of January (2024, 2025 and 2026); Season 18 opened on Friday, January 2, 2026, per MTV's announcement as reported by TVLine. All Stars streams on Paramount+ and has followed in late spring. That is the pattern, not a promise: MTV has not announced a Season 19 date, and this page will not guess one.
Season 18 ran January 2 to April 17, 2026, on Friday nights. Myki Meeks won the crown, with Nini Coco as runner-up. All Stars 11 streamed on Paramount+ from May 8 to July 17, 2026 in a Tournament of All Stars bracket format, and Crystal Methyd took the Hall of Fame spot.
What is announced for next season. In August 2026, Paramount+ confirmed that MTV has renewed RuPaul's Drag Race for Season 19 and Untucked for Season 18, and that Paramount+ has renewed All Stars for Season 12. No premiere date, cast, or format has been announced for either season as of October 26, 2026. When MTV posts the Season 19 cast and date, the status box at the top of this page switches to "coming soon" and the cast section below gets the list.
Pro Tip
Viewing parties follow the broadcast week by week. Premiere and finale nights fill early; a mid-season Friday you can usually walk into ten minutes before the episode.
Where to stream RuPaul's Drag Race in the US
New episodes of the main season. MTV, Friday nights. Season 18 aired at 8 PM ET/PT with Untucked right after. If you do not have cable, a live-TV streaming package that carries MTV works, such as Philo. Paramount+ says both RuPaul's Drag Race and Untucked stream full episodes on Paramount+. One caveat worth knowing: as of early October 2026, the Paramount+ show page listed Seasons 1 through 17, so check there for Season 18 before you subscribe for it.
All Stars. Paramount+ only, in the US. The Paramount+ All Stars page carries all eleven seasons, including the 2026 Tournament of All Stars. All Stars: Untucked streams there too, per Paramount+'s renewal announcement.
Past seasons. Paramount+ carries Seasons 1 through 17 of the main show, per its show page in October 2026, and Paramount+ says Untucked streams there as well.
International editions. WOW Presents Plus, World of Wonder's own streamer, is where the international editions live: Canada's Drag Race, Drag Race Down Under, Drag Race España, Drag Race México, Drag Race Philippines, Drag Race Brasil and more, with a 7-day free trial. The catalog varies by country, so check what WOW shows for your region before subscribing.
Outside the US. The US seasons stream on WOW Presents Plus in many countries and on local partners in others; what you get depends on your territory, so check WOW's catalog for your region.
Las Vegas, in person. RuPaul's Drag Race Live! is the stage show at the Flamingo with a rotating cast of Drag Race alumni. It runs on its own schedule and has nothing to do with the broadcast calendar, so it is not a viewing party, but it is a way to see Drag Race queens live on a night when nothing is airing.
How viewing parties work
A viewing party is a different animal from a drag show. There is no full cast working the stage; the draw is the room. A host queen, sometimes a Drag Race alum, warms up the crowd before the episode, the bar runs the broadcast on the big screens, and the room reacts together. Some bars add bingo, trivia or a lip-sync of their own during the ad breaks, and the biggest nights, premieres and finales, book alumni to appear.
A few things that hold true across cities:
- Most are free. You pay for drinks and you tip the host. Some bars ticket premiere or finale night.
- They are 21+ as a rule, because they happen in bars. All-ages drag lives in theaters and daytime events.
- They follow the broadcast. Main-season parties run on Friday nights while episodes air and stop when the season ends. All Stars parties line up with Paramount+'s weekly release instead.
- Hosting starts before the episode. Bars open the party ahead of airtime so you can get a drink and a sightline; the event card shows the start time.
- Confirm the week you go. Bars post their schedule season by season; the live cards above come from each bar's own listings, and each one links to the event page with the date, time and venue.

Pro Tip
The city sections at the top of this page show live party cards while a season airs and last year's host bars in between. If your city is missing mid-season, the bars there have not posted yet, so check their Instagram, or open the city's full event list on Out x Out.
Chicago
Chicago is the one city where we keep a full local guide, because Northalsted packs five viewing-party bars into a few blocks of Halsted Street: Roscoe's, Splash, Hydrate, Sidetrack and Replay, with Meeting House Tavern as the Andersonville option. Read Where to Watch RuPaul's Drag Race in Chicago for the bar-by-bar rundown and the Chicago queens who have competed, and use the Chicago section above for the live schedule once a season is airing.
Get the alert when your city's parties post
Every viewing party a bar lists lands in the Out x Out app with the date, time and venue. Pick your city and we will show you what is on this Friday.
Season 19 cast
MTV has not announced the Season 19 cast as of October 26, 2026. When the official reveal is posted, the full list of queens and their hometowns goes here, with a link to the announcement and the official reveal video. For reference, the Season 18 cast was revealed by MTV on December 2, 2025, one month before the January 2 premiere, with 14 queens.

Where can I stream RuPaul's Drag Race Season 18?
Paramount+ is the home of full episodes for the main show and Untucked, according to Paramount+. As of early October 2026 its show page listed Seasons 1 through 17, so Season 18 was not yet in the season list; check the Paramount+ show page before subscribing for it. Season 18 aired on MTV from January 2 to April 17, 2026.
Where can I watch RuPaul's Drag Race Season 19?
On MTV when it airs, and on Paramount+ for full episodes, per Paramount+'s renewal announcement. MTV has not announced a premiere date as of October 26, 2026. The status box at the top of this page shows the date once it is official.
What Drag Race seasons are coming next?
Two US seasons are renewed with no dates yet: RuPaul's Drag Race Season 19 on MTV (with Untucked Season 18) and All Stars Season 12 on Paramount+ (with All Stars: Untucked Season 9), per Paramount+'s August 2026 renewal announcement. The international editions on WOW Presents Plus run on their own calendars.
Who was the runner-up on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 18?
Nini Coco finished as runner-up to Myki Meeks in the April 17, 2026 finale, with Darlene Mitchell placing third, per finale coverage. Jane Don't was named Miss Congeniality.
How do I find a Drag Race viewing party near me?
Open the city sections at the top of this page while a season is airing. Each card is a party a bar has listed, with the date, time and venue, and the link goes to the event page. If a season is not airing, the host bars from the past year are listed by city so you know where to look when the next season starts.
Can straight people go to a Drag Race viewing party?
Yes. Viewing parties are open bar nights, and the mixed crowd on a Friday usually includes friends, dates and coworkers of every orientation. The house rules are the same for everyone: tip the host, keep the loud commentary for the ad breaks, and let the room hear the lip sync.
Do viewing parties happen in the off-season?
Not usually. They exist to watch new episodes, so they run while a season of RuPaul's Drag Race or All Stars is airing and pause in between. In the off-season, the same bars run their regular drag shows, bingo and brunches, and in Las Vegas RuPaul's Drag Race Live! keeps its own schedule at the Flamingo.
How much does a Drag Race viewing party cost?
Almost all are free to walk into; you pay for drinks and tip the host. Some bars sell tickets for premiere and finale nights or for parties with a booked Drag Race alum, so check the event card for a price before you go.

I'm Robbie, the founder of Out x Out. I'm from Minneapolis, though I'm spending 2026 building this community from the road — somewhere between South America and Asia. The idea for Out x Out came from a trip to Berlin, where the gay nightlife calendar was years ahead of ours: you could see not just where to go out, but which night to go — so naturally I wanted that kind of insider info for every city in the US (and beyond... eventually). I'm more of a behind-the-scenes type, but the whole point of this is connection: I'd take one real one over a hundred surface-level ones, and I'm trying to build that for the community, city by city.
