Unlike Prides that happen in a fenced-off park, this one unfolds right inside the neighborhood: Wilton Drive and its 15-plus bars are the festival, and the whole strip becomes a pedestrian Pride village. The weekend builds all week, with FLoatarama kicking off the prior Saturday out on the water, but Pride weekend itself is where the metro shows up. Friday night the Eagle and the clubs along The Drive open their Pride runs. Saturday is the main event: the Stonewall Pride Street Festival from 3 to 11 p.m., eight-plus stages of music and drag, more than 100 vendors, and the signature Glow Night Parade lighting up Wilton Drive after dark at 8 p.m. Sunday is for the slow recovery — pool parties, patio brunches, and one last round at your favorite bar before the comedown.
