Skiptown (RiNo)
3833 N Steele St, Denver, CO 80205Mutt Strut at Denver Pride 2026 lands Saturday, June 6, the one day all month where your dog is the headliner. From 10am to 7pm, Skiptown turns its indoor-outdoor dog park into a full-on Pride party for pups and their people, with the drag runway kicking off around 1pm. Think dogs strutting themed lewks down a catwalk, tail dyeing, nail painting, a photo booth, and a human bar so you've got something to sip while your fur baby works the crowd. It is exactly the kind of warm, slightly ridiculous, very Denver way to celebrate Pride that you won't find anywhere else this weekend. Skiptown sits at 3833 N Steele St, tucked between RiNo and Northeast Park Hill just off the I-70 and Brighton Boulevard corridor. There's a parking lot on site, and rideshare is easy if you'd rather not deal with it, though most folks here drive since you're hauling a dog and a costume. Tickets are 20 dollars general admission, and the catch is logistical, not pricey. You'll need the Skiptown app with a dog profile set up before you arrive, plus current vaccination records on vet letterhead, so handle both a day or two ahead rather than at the gate. Local tip from someone who's done the Skiptown thing: go early in the 10am window before the floor gets crowded and hot, let your dog burn off energy in the open park first, then they'll actually settle for the 1pm runway instead of losing their minds. A tired dog is a runway-ready dog. Gay Friendly, dog-friendly, and genuinely one of the most fun small events on the Denver Pride calendar.
