Chicken N Pickle (Thornton)
14225 Lincoln St, Thornton, CO 80023Pride Pickle Palooza – Pints with a Purpose brings Denver Pride 2026 north of the city on Wednesday, June 10, with a mid-week mix of paddles, pints, and a good cause. Doors run 6pm to 8pm at Chicken N Pickle, the indoor-outdoor pickleball and brewery hangout at 14225 Lincoln St in Thornton, a north-metro suburb that has quietly become one of the area's favorite spots for a casual game and a cold beer. Here is the deal. Your $35 ticket gets you court time and pours from LGBTQ+ owned breweries, with proceeds going to The Center on Colfax, Denver's hub for the LGBTQ+ community. You do not need to be a pickleball pro to have a great night. The crowd skews friendly and competitive in equal measure, so whether you are dialing in your dink shot or just there to cheer, sip, and meet people, you will fit right in. This is a 21+ event, so bring your ID. Getting here is easiest by car. Chicken N Pickle sits just off I-25 near 144th Avenue with a large on-site lot, so parking is rarely a headache out here in the suburbs. Rideshare drops you right at the door if you plan to enjoy the local pours. Local tip: come a little hungry and grab a basket of the namesake fried chicken between matches, the kitchen is genuinely good and the patio is the best seat in the house at golden hour. It is a low-key, feel-good way to kick off Pride week before the bigger weekend crowds arrive downtown.
