Run & Walk with Pride 2026 brings the LGBTQ+ community together for a feel-good morning at Seward Park on Saturday, June 20, with the race starting at 9 a.m. along the Lake Washington shoreline. Hosted by the Seattle Frontrunners, the city's LGBTQ+ running and walking club, this annual 4K and 8K is an easy, all-paces way to celebrate Pride outdoors and earn your brunch, with runners, walkers, families, and folks in full rainbow gear filling one of Seattle's prettiest lakefront parks. There is no pressure on pace. People show up to race hard, jog with friends, or stroll the loop with a stroller, and the whole morning carries the warm, celebratory spirit of Pride rather than a competitive road race. There is even a virtual option if you want to take part from anywhere. As a fundraiser, the event supports Peer Seattle and Seattle Pride, so every registration does real good for LGBTQ+ mental health and community programs across the city. Seward Park sits at 5900 Lake Washington Blvd S in southeast Seattle, reachable by the 50 bus or a short rideshare, with parking available if you arrive early.
