Festival of Frights is Tif Dynamite's Halloween-season burlesque show, taking the Black Hart stage at 9:30pm for $7 at the door. The bar is on University Avenue in St. Paul's Midway, a short walk from Allianz Field, and has run as an LGBTQ+ room since 2018 in the former Town House space.
