What Gay Events are Happening in Denver?

Denver has a packed LGBTQ+ event calendar with something happening every week of the year.

Major Annual Events

  • June — Denver Pride Parade & PrideFest: The main event. In 2026 it's Sunday, June 28, along the 16th Street promenade. Over 550,000 attendees, 250+ exhibitors. See our full Pride guide for details.
  • Late May — CinemaQ Film Festival: Denver's LGBTQ+ film festival, held at the Sie FilmCenter (2510 E Colfax Ave). Curated films, panels, and discussions. Includes the BLQ track (Black Lives Queerly) in partnership with Black Pride Colorado.
  • Late August — Denver Back Alley Leather & Fetish Weekend: Colorado's biggest leather event, hosted at Trade (475 Santa Fe Dr). Vendor market, kink demos, live entertainment, and the Megawoof after-party.
  • June — Bearracuda Denver: Major bear circuit event during Pride weekend. The annual "Beef Ball" is one of the most popular bear events nationally.
  • June — Black Pride Colorado: Celebrates and uplifts the Black LGBTQ+ community across Colorado throughout Pride month.

  • Monday — Industry nights at various bars
  • Tuesday — Taco Tuesday at Denver Eagle
  • Wednesday — Show Tunes at Trade; Free line dance lessons at Charlie's; Gayme Night at The Pearl
  • Thursday — Line dance lessons at Charlie's; T4T Thursdays at The Pearl
  • Friday — Beer Bust at Charlie's; Leather Night at Denver Eagle; The Pearl Jam (sapphic dance party)
  • Saturday — Bear Night at Denver Eagle; PURO PERREO at The Pearl; peak night across Capitol Hill
  • Sunday — Drag Brunch at Hamburger Mary's; Drag shows at Charlie's; Suds & Sapphics at The Pearl
