The Midwest chain (12 locations across four states) positions this downtown spot as a pre- and post-show companion for the Orpheum, State, and Pantages theatres next door, with the menu bridging Certified Angus beef and fire-roasted flatbreads on one side and a full sushi counter on the other. The 6,500-square-foot rooftop is one of downtown's largest, with DJs on summer weekends. Flip Phone, one of the Twin Cities' best-known queer promoters, hosts regular themed drag brunches up there — K-pop tributes, celebrity sendups — that frequently sell out. Gender-neutral restrooms are available throughout.
