Part of the Gay Las Vegas Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Las Vegas, Nevada
A longtime Vegas LGBTQ+ lounge, off-Strip since 1992.
Flex Cocktail Lounge has been part of LGBTQ+ Las Vegas since 1992, which makes it one of the longest-running gay bars in the city. In 2023 it left its old West Charleston home — since demolished — and resettled at 501 East Twain, on the Paradise Road corridor next door to the leather bar Fun Hog Ranch. The new room keeps the formula intact: open 24/7, no cover, with a pool table, video poker, slots, and a dance floor. It's a gay-owned, come-as-you-are local known for strong, low-cost drinks and a steady calendar of karaoke and drag. Paired with Fun Hog Ranch a few doors down, it anchors a small after-hours cluster just east of the Strip — the kind of place that fills up when the Fruit Loop clubs let out and the night still has hours left in it.
