A Quebec-style poutinerie on Davie Street in the heart of Vancouver's gay village, open since 2009. The tiny, no-frills space serves 41+ poutine varieties — from classic curds-and-gravy to specialty combos — alongside smoked meat sandwiches, steamies, and Quebec Spruce beer. Walls covered in Montreal Canadiens memorabilia. The garage-door window opens to the sidewalk in summer, making it a prime people-watching spot on one of Canada's most iconic LGBTQ+ streets. Open until 11:30pm on weekends, so it's a natural post-bar stop. All You Can Eat option available.
