Saint John is chef Eric Cook's Cajun restaurant on lower Decatur Street in the French Quarter, serving the rustic, gravy-and-rice cooking of south Louisiana. On Sundays the dining room turns over to a drag brunch hosted by local queens Debbie with a D and Laveau Contraire, with two seatings.
