Puerto Rico's only gay bathhouse, open weekends in Santurce
Xteamworks is San Juan's only gay men's bathhouse, on Avenida Manuel Fernández Juncos in Santurce, the city's arts district where large-scale street murals line the avenue. The entrance is discreet, marked by a small sign, and entry is 18-plus. Despite the bath house name, the draw is a multi-level men's play space: private rooms and cabins, a dark maze, glory holes, slings, lockers, showers, and a sauna. It runs as a weekend operation, open Friday through Sunday and busiest late-night once the clubs let out. The Santurce blocks around it double as San Juan's nightlife and gallery quarter, with La Placita de Santurce anchoring the bars a few blocks away.
