Most of Seattle's drag happens on Capitol Hill, and it runs from free bar shows to a ticketed theater. Unicorn puts on a free drag cabaret every Friday and free drag bingo every Tuesday. Queer/Bar's wave/ength runs on select Friday nights, usually for a $10 presale. Le Faux stages full productions inside Julia's on Broadway on Friday and Saturday nights. And Kremwerk, down the hill in the Denny Triangle, hosts Kings, a monthly drag king show, plus a steady run of one-off drag parties.

This guide covers where to see drag shows in Seattle after dark: the standing weekly and monthly shows, what each venue publishes about doors, showtimes, cover and age, and how to put a night together. For the daytime version, see our companion guide to drag brunch in Seattle.

What to know before you go

  • Several bar shows are free. Unicorn's Lashes Cabaret and Drag Queen Bingo and Pony's Queen4Queen have no cover. Queer/Bar's wave/ength is $10 presale or $15 at the door. Le Faux is ticketed: $28 general for the Friday and Saturday shows and $15.95 for the monthly Wicked Oz, plus fees.
  • Age rules differ. Unicorn and Queer/Bar are 21+ with ID. Le Faux's FAQ admits guests 18 and older with government photo ID, though its Barbie World Y2K page says 21+.
  • Showtimes are early by nightlife standards. Le Faux shows start at 7 PM, Unicorn's cabaret at 7:30 PM, Queer/Bar's at 9 PM, so a two-venue night is realistic.
  • Tipping varies. Queer/Bar's FAQ recommends bringing dollars for the performers. Le Faux sells "Le Faux Bucks" and does not accept cash tips.

Pro Tip

Friday is the night to do two shows: Unicorn's free Lashes Cabaret at 7:30 PM on Pike Street, then wave/ength at Queer/Bar at 9 PM, around the corner on 11th Avenue between Pike and Pine.

Where to see drag shows in Seattle

Julia's on Broadway / Le Faux — Capitol Hill

300 Broadway E, Seattle · Capitol Hill · Theater productions Friday and Saturday, monthly Thursday cabaret

Le Faux is the resident production company inside Julia's on Broadway, "Seattle's Drag Theatre Since 2000" by its own tagline. The venue says it produces four original theatrical productions in-house and describes the format as "a high-energy, interactive drag theater experience" in an intimate, theater-style room seating about 100. Every guest gets a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, food and drinks are served through the show, and an optional three-course dinner package is sold ($50 plus an $11 service fee and tax, advance purchase required).

Friday is Barbie World Y2K, Saturday is the flagship revue, A Celebration of D.R.A.G., and on one Thursday a month the drag-and-burlesque cabaret Wicked Oz runs with general tickets at $15.95. Le Faux's FAQ and ticket pages say all shows are 18+ with government photo ID, though the Barbie World Y2K page lists 21+, so confirm before booking Friday with anyone under 21.

The bar publishes wave/ength as dated Friday editions rather than a weekly rule, and the big ones bring touring guests, so check the calendar for the Friday you want. The venue is strictly 21+ with ID, and its FAQ says to bring dollars for tipping the performers.

Outside the show, the bar runs karaoke every Thursday from 8 PM with no cover, guest DJs on Saturdays, and a Sunday drag brunch covered in our drag brunch guide.

  • Friday, check-in 7 PM, show 9 PM — wave/ength, dated editions
  • Thursday, 8 PM — queer/karaoke with bartender Kai, no cover

I'm Robbie, the founder of Out x Out. I'm from Minneapolis, though I'm spending 2026 building this community from the road — somewhere between South America and Asia. The idea for Out x Out came from a trip to Berlin, where the gay nightlife calendar was years ahead of ours: you could see not just where to go out, but which night to go — so naturally I wanted that kind of insider info for every city in the US (and beyond... eventually). I'm more of a behind-the-scenes type, but the whole point of this is connection: I'd take one real one over a hundred surface-level ones, and I'm trying to build that for the community, city by city.
