4th Avenue (Downtown)
4th Ave between Pike St & Denny Way, Seattle, WA 98101The Seattle Pride Parade 2026 is the grand finale of Pride Month, stepping off Sunday, June 28, at 11 a.m. and marching down 4th Avenue through the heart of downtown Seattle. Produced by Seattle Pride, it is the largest Pride parade in Washington and one of the biggest on the West Coast, drawing hundreds of thousands of spectators for a joyful procession of floats, marching groups, drag performers, dance teams, and community organizations celebrating down the avenue. The parade runs north along 4th Avenue from around Pike Street to Denny Way near Seattle Center, with more than 250 contingents and a pre-show that gets the crowd going from about 10 a.m. The route ends right by Seattle Center, so when the last float passes you can walk straight into PrideFest Seattle Center without missing a beat. For the best view, stake out a spot along 4th Avenue downtown by mid-morning, since the front rows fill fast. A few local tips. Arrive by 10 a.m. for prime sidewalk space, and absolutely take Link light rail to Westlake or Symphony Station, because street closures and parking make driving downtown miserable. Bring water, sunscreen, and a layer, since late June in Seattle can swing from cool and gray to bright and warm in an afternoon. The parade is free to watch from anywhere along the route and welcoming to all ages, with grandstand and ADA priority seating available in advance through Seattle Pride. It is the day the whole Emerald City shows up proud, the loudest, brightest centerpiece of Seattle Pride 2026.
