About Beats & Breath: Yoga-Based Movement Class

Flow to the beat in this beginner-to-intermediate yoga class that blends movement, music, and breathwork for all bodies. Led by certified instructor Matt Leavis, it's less about silent meditation and more about finding your groove—a fun, energetic way to start your Saturday.
