Davie Street, Vancouver, BCVancouver Pride is one of the largest Pride celebrations in Western Canada, drawing over 100,000 people to the streets of downtown and the West End on the BC Day long weekend. In 2026 the main weekend runs August 1–2: the Vancouver Dyke March on Commercial Drive on Saturday, then the huge Pride Parade through downtown on Sunday, Aug 2, flowing straight into the free Davie Village Pride Festival on Davie Street. Add circuit parties, a sold-out Pride boat party, and a whole village of bars, and it's the queer highlight of the Vancouver summer. Most core events are free; parties are ticketed.
