Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is the biggest Halloween party in Los Angeles — and one of the largest Halloween street festivals in the world. Every year on Halloween it closes a mile of Santa Monica Boulevard through WeHo's Rainbow District and fills it with hundreds of thousands of costumed revelers, a main DJ stage at San Vicente, food trucks, and costume contests. In 2026 it's Saturday, October 31, 6–11 PM. Free, no tickets — come in costume and bar-hop the boulevard.
