Chef Tim Ma's Mount Vernon Triangle spot pairs an ever-changing menu of dumplings, shumai, and noodles with French-leaning cocktails and wine, and it has earned a place in the Michelin Guide for the effort. The dining room runs sleek and low-lit, good for a date and better for a group. Once a month, on the third Sunday, it turns over to a themed Drag Brunch hosted by Cake Pop, with bottomless mimosas and a la carte plates before the show kicks off in the early afternoon.
