Québec City, Québec
Craft beer institution since 1992 with 19 Québec taps and a year-round heated garden
Located in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighborhood, Bar Le Sacrilège has been a craft beer destination in Québec City since 1992. The bar features 19 rotating taps dedicated exclusively to Quebec microbreweries, set within a themed interior featuring salvaged church pews and mosaic tables. Its most famous attribute is the Jardin d'Hiver, a covered and heated year-round courtyard with a retractable roof designed to withstand temperatures as low as -25°C. Weekly programming includes chess tournaments, karaoke, and music trivia. While the bar does not have a kitchen, patrons are encouraged to bring their own food from nearby local eateries.
