Stadium District coffee shop and longtime queer daytime hangout
Cosmonaut Coffee (formerly Satellite Coffee) has poured espresso in Tacoma's Stadium District since 2007, across from Wright Park. It's long been a queer-friendly daytime hangout, a see-and-be-seen spot good for reading, working, or meeting up. The shop rebranded from Satellite Coffee after a trademark dispute with an unrelated New Mexico company of the same name.
