Operating since 1999, J's Lounge is a neighborhood gay dive bar situated just outside Wichita's Old Town district. The no-frills interior is equipped with a pool table, darts, a jukebox, and free Wii gaming, while a heated patio provides year-round outdoor space. Monday night karaoke with DJ Hook Echo is the bar's signature weekly event, complemented by Sunday pool tournaments and daily drink specials. As one of only two dedicated gay bars remaining in Wichita, it maintains a loyal local following for its unpretentious environment and affordable prices. Open daily from 4 PM.
