Lake City ferments 100% Nova Scotian apples from the Annapolis Valley on-site, pouring rotating taps in a compact room shared with Brightwood Brewery. Flights are the way to sample the range. The cidery is an official sponsor of the Halifax Pride Festival and produces the limited-edition District Pride Rosé — an apple cider with blackcurrant wine — released annually for Pride season.
