Gay sauna in a classified 1895 bathhouse in Montparnasse with a pool
Les Bains d'Odessa is a gay sauna in Montparnasse, on Rue d'Odessa in the 14th arrondissement, set inside a building that opened as public baths in 1895 and is now a classified historic structure. The venue runs across five levels and 540 square meters, with a swimming pool, a Finnish dry sauna, a hammam, a darkroom, a sling room, a video room, private cabins, an outdoor terrace, and a bar and boutique. Professional massage is available. The crowd skews mature, with a strong bear and "daddy" presence, and the building's scale means there's room to wander rather than circle the same few corners. Themed Saturdays bring bear events, and naturist sessions run midweek. Of the larger Paris saunas it's the one with the most history in the walls, and an easy stop on the Left Bank near the Montparnasse stations.
