Gay-owned boutique hotel with Friday pool parties and drag brunch
Men Zipolite is a gay-owned and gay-run boutique hotel on Calle Palma Rica, a couple of blocks back from the beach, run by Juan and Sebastien. Rooms come as Queen, King, Suite and Double Queen, and there's also the Chocolate Box, a 12-bunk dorm pitched at guys who want to meet other guys. Downstairs is the pool and Cochon Rosé, its French-Mediterranean restaurant; upstairs is a rooftop solarium. The pool and rooftop are clothing-optional. Friday is the signature pool party (1 to 6pm, free entry, DJ, naked or not, your choice), and Sunday brings a drag brunch from 1pm. Both are open to non-guests.
