Saint-Roch craft brewery with cat-themed beers and bistro fare
Noctem Artisans Brasseurs is a craft brewery and bistro-pub located at the corner of Rue du Parvis and Boulevard Charest in the Saint-Roch district. Since opening in 2015, the brewery has gained a following for its cat-themed beer series, including 'Catnip' NEIPAs and 'Kitty Kitty' sours. All beers are brewed on-site or at their nearby Saint-Malo production facility. The kitchen serves a full menu of bistro-style fare designed for beer pairing, attracting a queer-friendly local demographic.
