Replay Lakeview combines free-to-play vintage arcade games — Pac-Man, The Simpsons, Galaga, Mortal Kombat, Cruis'n World — with 26 rotating craft beers on tap and a bourbon/whiskey collection of over 50 varieties. What sets this location apart from its Lincoln Park sibling is that it was built specifically with the queer community in mind: Replay Lakeview intentionally hires queer bartenders and is designed as a safe space to play games, grab a beer, and hang out without worrying about harassment. The outdoor garden patio behind the bar is the real draw on warm evenings — the perfect low-key spot to catch up with friends under the string lights (note: Chicago city ordinance requires patio to close before midnight).
