The room runs dark and industrial, with a pool table inside and a smoking patio at the back, and it leans into a masculine, leather-and-denim, cruise-friendly register rather than a polished club look. Affordable well pours and domestic beer set the tone. It sits next to Mineshaft, with Sweetwater Saloon a short walk west along the East Broadway corridor, so a whole night can happen within a few blocks, handy for a traveler skipping the drive up to West Hollywood. Weekends bring rotating DJs and small-scale dance parties; the rest of the week it's a regulars' bar. Best for men who want an unfussy, low-lit room with an edge.
