Austin's drag brunches run on both weekend days. On Sundays, Vixens of Volstead holds a free drag brunch on the patio at Volstead Lounge on East 6th Street. On Saturdays, Wanderlust Wine Co. on Shady Lane sells tickets to its weekly brunch, and Ovenbird on South Congress hosts a drag brunch on the first and third Saturdays. Coco Cxnts holds a free drag brunch every Saturday on the Coconut Club rooftop, the Austin Eagle holds UNLEASHED on the fourth Saturday of the month, and Jo's Coffee downtown runs Drag Brunch & Bubbles on the second Sunday.

What to know before you go
- Several are free. Vixens of Volstead and Coco Cxnts have no cover, and Ovenbird and the Austin Eagle list free general admission. You pay for what you eat and drink.
- Others are ticketed. Wanderlust Wine Co. sells seats on Tock, and Jo's, Punch Bowl Social and Diva Royale sell tickets online.
- Check the age rule. Volstead, Wanderlust, Coco Cxnts and the Austin Eagle are 21+, and Diva Royale's FAQ says its Austin shows are 21 and over. Jo's and Punch Bowl Social are 18+. Ovenbird does not publish an age rule for its brunch.
- Doors open before the show. Doors or seating open an hour before the show at Volstead, Wanderlust, Ovenbird, the Eagle and Coco Cxnts, and 30 minutes before at Punch Bowl Social and Diva Royale.

Volstead's OpenTable listing says, "Join us Sundays for Vixens of Volstead Drag Brunch on the Hotel Patio," with doors at noon, the show at 1 PM, no cover and a 21+ rule. The show's Eventbrite page names May Magdalene, Mars, Veronica Valentine and Tequila Rose as hosts, with music by DJ Killgxrl before the show. Sunday brunch service runs from noon to 3 PM. Wanderlust Wine Co. — Shady Lane

Wanderlust Wine Co. on Shady Lane bills its brunch as "Austin's BIGGEST Drag Brunch" and runs it "Every Saturday (& Select Sundays)." Doors open at noon and the show runs from 1 PM to 3 PM with a rotating cast. General admission is $25 per person plus fees and taxes, and a table package for groups of 8 to 12 is $30 per person plus fees and taxes. The brunch is 21+ only. Tock lists Saturday dates from November 7 through December 26.

Coco Cxnts holds a drag brunch on the Coconut Club rooftop every Saturday, with Bohemia, Arinna Dior Davenport, Brigitte Bandit and Honey Baby plus weekly guests. Its Eventbrite page says, "FREE SHOW! No tickets or reservations required!" Doors open at 1 PM and the show starts at 2 PM; Eventbrite lists the brunch from 1 PM to 4 PM. Seating is first come, first served, the food is from Traphouse Caribbean, and the brunch is 21+ only.

Ovenbird — South Congress
6501 S Congress Ave, Unit 211, Austin · Drag Brunch on SOCO, first and third Saturdays
Ovenbird's events page says, "Hosted by Malibu Imported, the TwoFaced cast takes to the Ovenbird patio every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month." Seating starts at 10:30 AM and the show runs from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The producer, Two Faced Productions, lists general admission free and VIP tables at up to $59.75 on Eventbrite. Upcoming dates are October 31 (an extra Halloween edition), November 7 and 21, December 5 and 19, and January 2 and 16.

The Austin Eagle — Cross Park Drive

UNLEASHED, which its producer bills as the "Austin Eagle's Longest Running Drag Brunch," is now produced by Two Faced Productions and hosted by Malibu Imported and Queen Diva. Doors open at noon and the show starts at 1 PM. General admission and parking are free. The brunch runs on the fourth Saturday of the month; listed dates are October 24 (an Adele-themed edition) and November 28. The venue calendar lists noon to 4 PM, and the producer lists the brunch as 21+.

Jo's Coffee — Downtown

Jo's runs Drag Brunch & Bubbles at its downtown shop on the second Sunday of the month, from noon to 3 PM. Moxie hosts. The dishes are à la carte, and Jo's events page says tickets are $30 and include a Jomosa; Eventbrite lists several ticket tiers. "Guests must be 18+ to attend." The next dates are November 8, with special guests Iggy Bank and Roxanne, and December 13, a "Merry Swiftmas" edition.

Punch Bowl Social — The Domain

Punch Bowl Social at The Domain holds a monthly drag brunch hosted by Colleen with guest performers. The next dates are Sundays, November 1 and December 6. Doors open at 12:30 PM and the show runs from 1 PM to 3 PM. Tickets are $10, or $8 each for groups of four or more, and the brunch is 18+.

Diva Royale at Maggie Mae's — East 6th Street

Diva Royale, a drag show of celebrity impersonations that started in New York City, runs Saturday and Sunday brunch shows at Maggie Mae's, with doors at 1 PM and the show at 1:30 PM. The show runs "typically 1 hour and 10 minutes," and its booking calendar lists dates into January 2027. Its info box says 18+, but its FAQ says "In Austin the Drag show is 21 and over, for both the dinner and brunch show." What to expect at an Austin drag brunch
Two kinds of drag brunch run in Austin. The free ones (Volstead, Coco Cxnts, Ovenbird's general admission and the Austin Eagle) don't charge for entry, and you pay for what you eat and drink; at Volstead the food comes from a food truck outside, and at Coconut Club from Traphouse Caribbean. Volstead and Ovenbird hold theirs on a patio, and Coco Cxnts on a rooftop. The ticketed ones (Wanderlust, Jo's, Punch Bowl Social and Diva Royale) sell a seat or a table for a specific date.
