Portland's weekly drag runs at three venues with NW addresses. Darcelle XV on NW 3rd Avenue has drag shows on Friday and Saturday nights. Badlands on NW Broadway runs Fridays Are A Drag, Woman Crush Wednesdays and Fresh Paint, an open-call show on Mondays. CC Slaughters on NW Davis Street has drag bingo on Mondays and Black Magic, a monthly BIPOC drag show, on the second Saturday. A few shows on the east side add other dated shows.

What to know before you go
- Reservations are recommended at Darcelle XV. Cover is $32, and the venue says reservations are "highly recommended as shows often sell out!"
- Check the age rule. Darcelle XV and CC Slaughters are 21+. Badlands does not publish an age rule for its drag nights.
- Some nights are free. CC Slaughters' drag bingo has no cover; you pay $5 for a reusable bingo card.
- Check Badlands' times. Its online calendar shows shows an hour earlier from November than in October, so confirm before you go.
Pro Tip
On a Friday, Darcelle XV's show runs from 8 PM to 9:30 PM and Fridays Are A Drag at Badlands is listed for 9:30 PM in October. On a Monday, CC Slaughters' drag bingo starts at 7 PM and Fresh Paint at Badlands follows later.

Darcelle XV — NW 3rd Avenue

Darcelle XV runs its Friday and Saturday night drag shows at 8 PM, with doors at 7 PM; the Friday show runs until 9:30 PM and the Saturday show until 10:30 PM. Cover is $32, and every show is 21+. On Saturdays, the Men of Darcelle revue follows at 9:30 PM ($10 after 9:30 PM). Reservations are taken on its website or at 503-222-5338. Halloween weekend shows (October 30 and 31) are Darcelle-O-Ween editions ("Dress spooky. Win big prizes!").
Two dated shows are coming up: the Annual Birthday Toy Drive on Sunday, November 8 (doors 5 PM, show 6 PM to 8 PM; bring an unwrapped toy or $10; no reservations needed) and Tres Amigas Ho Ho Ho! with Alexis Campbell Starr, Cassie Nova and Dr. Poison Waters on Sunday, December 6 (doors 5 PM, show 6 PM, $15, tickets from the hostesses).

Badlands — NW Broadway

Badlands runs three weekly drag nights. Fridays Are A Drag is "A showcase of Portland drag excellence with rotating hosts each week". On Wednesdays, "Harlow Quinzel hosts a femmetastic drag show." On Mondays, Fresh Paint, hosted by Rio Diehl Volt, is "An open-call drag show where anything can, and often does happen!" Badlands does not publish a cover or age rule for these nights. Its online calendar lists them an hour earlier from November than in October (for example, Fridays at 8:30 PM rather than 9:30 PM), so check the calendar before you go.

CC Slaughters — NW Davis Street

CC Slaughters is "21+ | no exceptions." Its Monday Drag Queen Bingo with Nicole Onoscopi starts at 7 PM: "Join the fun every Monday night at 7pm for drinks, games, music and drag!" There is no cover, and a reusable bingo card costs $5. On the second Saturday of the month, Black Magic is "Slaughters' monthly BIPOC drag show," produced by Safari Productions with Rogue Storm Safari, Coco Gem Holiday and Devlin Lynn Phoenixx, at 9 PM with a $10 cover.
