Small St James's Street cocktail bar with drag and bingo
Affinity is a small gay bar at the Old Steine end of St James's Street. It does cocktails and a full week of entertainment: drag on Saturday nights with lip-syncs and dancing, cabaret bingo with two-for-one cocktails before 9pm, pop anthems nights with resident DJs, and its own trivia. The room is small, so it fills up early on show nights; it takes table bookings online, which is worth doing for the weekend shows. It opens at midday every day and runs to midnight, which makes it an easy afternoon drink as well as a night stop.
