Brighton, England
The pink pub on George Street, with drag most nights
The Queens Arms is the pink pub on George Street, just off St James's Street in Kemptown, and it's been a gay pub for around four decades. Inside it's all pink and glitter, and the reason people come is the drag: cabaret runs through the week, with karaoke nights in the mix. At Pride the pub has put a cabaret stage out on George Street. It's an easy first stop on a Kemptown night, with the rest of the village a couple of minutes' walk away.
