The gym runs high-intensity 35-minute HIIT workouts that alternate between air bike cardio intervals and functional strength training stations utilizing kettlebells, free weights, TRX suspension trainers, and medicine balls, followed by a dedicated core and recovery block. The facilities are equipped with private showers, individual changing rooms, and an on-site infrared sauna. Classes operate on a rotating daily focus targeting upper body, lower body, or full body muscle groups.
