Amenities include an indoor pool, whirlpool, basketball and racquetball courts, 300-plus cardio and strength machines, eucalyptus steam rooms, and a full-service LifeSpa with walk-in availability. A premium recovery suite offers percussion therapy, hot-cold treatment, and compression. The gym is part of a national chain headquartered in the Twin Cities metro. Life Time maintains corporate-level inclusion policies. Hours run Monday through Friday 4 AM to 11 PM, weekends 6 AM to 9 PM.
