Part of the Gay Paris Guide — bars, events & things to do.

Paris, Paris
Late-night gay dance bar in Le Marais, open nightly from 11:30pm.
A late-night gay bar on Rue des Haudriettes in the upper Marais, built for the hours after everywhere else closes. CUD doesn't open until around 11:30pm and fills up near 2am, when the rest of the Marais bars shut and the crowd migrates here to keep going until dawn. There's a bar at street level and a small dance floor in a vaulted stone cellar downstairs, where DJs run pop and house into the early morning. The crowd is young, international, and mixed, drawing gay and trans men looking for one more round rather than a quiet drink. It's not a place to start a night, it's where you end one. Useful to know it's open seven nights a week, so it's a dependable last stop whatever day you're out in the Marais.
