Three-roaster specialty café on North Main, with beer, wine, and patio.
Curiosity Coffee Bar occupies a corner of Columbia's North Main district, pulling from three rotating specialty roasters — 1000 Faces, Black & White, and Brandywine. The menu runs deeper than drip: signature lattes (the Strawberry Fields Forever matcha is a local favorite), beer, wine, sake, and all-day breakfast with vegan and gluten-free options. The patio fills up on weekends, especially during their live music nights and open mic events. They're also a regular vendor at Columbia's Soda City Market.
