The design draws inspiration from 1930s Berlin rationalism, creating an elegant, cosmopolitan atmosphere with adjustable lighting and street-facing windows that give it a bright, airy feel despite its Chueca location. The restaurant operates with a non-stop kitchen from 10am to 1am, 365 days a year, making it work for breakfast, leisurely midday lunch, dinner starting at 5pm, or late-night cocktails. The menu blends traditional Spanish dishes with international and cosmopolitan influences—think grilled octopus on yuca purée, beef tenderloin with barbecue sauce, crispy nachos with cheese sauce and chicken, huevos rotos, prawn lasagne, carrot cake, and their praised cheesecake.
