Friday-only gay mansion club in Juárez — pop upstairs, perreo below
ESTEREO is a Friday-night queer club staged inside a mansion on Calle Versalles in Juárez, a few minutes off Zona Rosa. It became one of the most talked-about nights in Mexico City almost as soon as it opened around 2022, and it still pulls a young, style-conscious crowd that treats the dancefloor like a runway — extravagant outfits are part of the deal. The main floor runs transgenerational pop, dance, and disco in a pink-and-silver, neon-lit room; downstairs, the Salón Perreo Millenial basement switches the energy to reggaeton. Rotating DJs and drag performers keep the two rooms distinct, so the night is really two parties under one roof depending on which staircase you take. It runs Fridays only and goes late, drawing both locals and visitors who want something more design-driven and less touristy than the Amberes strip. Cover is on the higher side for the city, and getting on the Instagram guest list shaves it down.
