Three-level Schöneberg fetish store for leather, rubber, and kink gear
GEAR is a three-level fetish superstore on Kalckreuthstraße in the Schöneberg leather district, a short walk from Nollendorfplatz. Open since 2009, it's a central destination for the kink community and especially busy around Folsom Europe, the leather and fetish street fair Berlin has hosted each September since 2003. The ground floor handles toys and accessories, while the upper floor carries a deep range of leather, sportswear, and sneakers from international labels. The basement is home to RubAddiction, a specialist that has been making German-crafted latex and heavy rubber gear since the early 1990s, with a large selection of bondage equipment and accessories. The store's polished, almost gallery-like fit-out sets it apart from grittier gear shops, and the combined operation makes it one of the most complete one-stop fetish stops in the city, useful whether you're kitting out for a club night or shopping a specialist rubber piece.
