Concept operator David Fischer built it into the hub of his Central Avenue cluster, with lime-green accents throughout that nod to "Mari Jean" — an invented 1920s drag-persona backstory the hotel leans into as brand mythology rather than real history. The 54 rooms sit atop a run of Fischer venues you never have to leave the block for: The Wet Spot pool bar and day club, the COCKtail nightclub, a speakeasy lounge, and an on-site shop.
