Dallas, Texas
Cedar Springs menswear and fetish-gear boutique on the strip.
Package Dallas bills itself as the city's queer boutique for fashion, leather and fetish, on the Cedar Springs strip in Oak Lawn. The storefront has been gay retail since 1981, when it opened as the TapeLenders video shop; owner Chris Lynch took it over in 2009 and rebranded it as Package in 2023 with a full, stripped-back renovation. It's the US flagship store for Barcelona's Addicted line and the South's main stockist for sister brand ES Collection, with body-conscious swimwear, underwear and sportswear, plus leather and fetish gear including Mr. S Leather and Modus Vivendi. The mix runs from a competition-cut swim brief to a harness, and the staff know the product. Late weekend hours keep it open with the surrounding bar crowd, which makes it a practical stop before or between clubs on the Strip.
