Orlando, Florida
Milk District megaclub with multiple dancefloors, drag, and Latin nights.
Orlando's largest gay nightclub, in the Milk District on South Bumby Avenue. The address has hosted gay nightlife since 1982, opening as Southern Changes, one of Central Florida's first gay bars, and cycling through several names over the decades before settling back on Southern Nights. It's a genuine multi-room club: separate dance floors run different sounds, often Latin and reggaeton in one room, house in another, and pop remixes in a third, with a stage room for seated drag and a starlit back patio that connects to neighboring bars District Dive and Stiffy's. The result is one venue you can spend a whole night inside without repeating yourself, which is why it pulls both locals and visitors. Southern Nights also hosts what Visit Orlando calls Florida's biggest weekly lesbian party. Doors are 18+ to party Monday through Saturday and 21+ to drink, with Sundays 21+.
