Tacoma, Washington
Downtown wine, beer, and cheese shop with a tapas wine bar
Stink Cheese & Meat is a downtown wine and beer shop built around artisan cheeses and cured meats, open since 2011. It now combines with its wine-bar offshoot, El Tufo, for tapas-style small plates, and has a patio over the Thea Foss Waterway. Readers of the Weekly Volcano voted it Tacoma's best wine shop in 2019. It draws a queer-friendly regular crowd.
