The Palm bills itself as Puerto Vallarta's longest-running cabaret, and its 26 seasons make the claim hard to argue. It sits on Olas Altas in the Zona Romántica about a block from the Los Muertos pier, and opened in 1999 as a café-bar where visiting performers would jam before growing into the city's flagship cabaret. The air-conditioned showroom seats around 90 in plush salon-style chairs, intimate enough that there's no bad seat, and most nights bring two shows, typically at 7 and 9:30, with a two-drink minimum per show. The lineup rotates through drag, celebrity tributes, vocalists, and comedy, drawing names like Coco Peru, Mama Tits, Kim Kuzma, Miss Conception, and Well-Strung across a season. It runs as a seasonal house, full programming through the winter high season with a summer break before the new slate kicks off in the fall, so check what's on when you're in town.
